Heather Massey serves as vice president of communications and community relations for Better Business Bureau serving the Heart of Texas. She oversees internal and external communications, including media and community relations, across seven media markets and 105 Texas counties. Under her leadership, BBB’s communications strategies have garnered over $6.3 million in earned media in 2024 alone, significantly elevating its visibility and impact. She also led BBB’s first partnership with the NFL Alumni Association, securing national media exposure during Super Bowl Radio Row and creating new opportunities for collaboration with professional athletes and national media outlets. A licensed Texas real estate agent since 2012, she holds a master’s in mass communication from Texas Tech University and a bachelor’s in political science from UT Permian Basin.

Marin Richardson is a national award-winning journalist who has redefined the intersection of journalism and PR. Named one of the Top 100 Women in PR by PR News, Marin brings over a decade of on-air experience with NBC News, CBS News, and Fox News, where she appeared in thousands of broadcasts.
