Colton Ashabranner is a communications strategist with a background in journalism and a passion for storytelling that informs and engages communities. He is currently the VP of Marketing for the Austin LGBT Chamber of Commerce — one of the nation’s largest specialty chambers. He helps amplify the voices of Central Texas’ LGBTQ+ and allied businesses. Colton also serves on the Leadership Austin alumni committee and has previously held board positions with organizations such as the San Marcos Area Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals and PFLAG San Marcos. With a keen eye for content creation and audience engagement, he works to amplify voices, foster connections, and drive meaningful impact through strategic communication.

Jacki Horne

Jacki Horne (She/Her) is a multidisciplinary creative and marketing strategist with a passion for storytelling, queer representation, and community focused work. Jacki is currently freelancing fulltime and splits her energy between associate producing and marketing a podcast, teaching dance, and producing subversive events that tell queer stories. With a background in legal and veterinary marketing, Jacki has led brand strategy, digital campaigns, and content development. Her expertise spans everything from SEO to sponsorship decks to project management. Jacki's greatest passion Is making space for LGBTQ+ POC voices in every room, and she only works with clients who support that vision.


 

Nico Ramsey

Account Director,

ECPR Texas

Nico Ramsey is an account director at ECPR Texas, where he leads strategic communications for clients like the Texas Restaurant Association, Google and Travis County Emergency Services. A Forbes Under 30 and Austin Under 40 honoree, he serves on the board of governors for the Human Rights Campaign, the nation’s largest LGBTQ+ civil rights organization, as well as the ZACH Theatre board. He also advises the City of Austin, United Way and Leadership Austin through voluntary committee work. Ramsey is known for driving civic impact and elevating community voices across Central Texas.
